
| Upgrade 12/30/99 As a process to stay current on updates from Citrix for all InfoAccess.net Online customers, we are issuing this upgrade to all accounts. This upgrade must be completed for all users by 5/1/00. To verify what version of software you currently have please do the following. Take the Mouse to "Start / Programs / WinFrame Client", then click on "Remote Application Manager". This program will then execute or run. Once the program is running, select the "Help" tab, then select "About Remote Application Manager". In this window, it will show the WinFrame Client Version Number, if it is anything less than version 4.20.727 your client will need to be upgraded with the procedures below. Close the windows by pressing "OK", then pressing the "X" in the upper right hand corner of the window. Note: If you have any questions regarding this upgrade please contact your system manager, or InfoAccess.net technical support. This upgrade IS NOT an update to your InfoAccess.net SeQueL software.
